One incentive plan I used that was a big hit was what I called the Amazing Race. I put a huge world map on the wall and marked the destinations of our trip. Each student received a passport book, their own map and a list of activities. They had to complete 2 activities on the list to receive a stamp on their passport which allowed them to travel to the next destination. The students loved seeing where they were on the map in relation to the other students. It spurred them on because they didn’t want to be in last place! The goal was to be back home by the recital. I got this idea off a blog but then adapted it to fit my studio.
