At our piano studio, every couple of months we sit down and assess the different advertising methods we use, both online and offline. When people register for piano lessons at our studio, they have the opportunity to tell us how they heard about our studio. Using data collected from our registration forms we can easily determine the piano advertising strategies that are winners and the piano advertising strategies that are losers.
We then stop putting money towards the losers, and start injecting money into the winners. By doing this we ensure that our piano studio’s advertising dollars are not being flushed down the drain.
