Once a month, Trevor and I take a quick break from our regular blog posts to share the latest games from our monthly resource PianoGameClub. If you’ve been thinking about pumping up the fun in your studio with game-based learning, check out the previews in this post.
As I was competing in a head-to-head piano game with a student, and as I felt my pulse start pumping a little faster as I raced to win the game, it struck me as funny to realize just how much fun I have in piano lessons!
Of course my student was having fun too… that goes without saying… but I was having honest to goodness, don’t-want-the-lesson-to-end fun! Possibly… even more fun than my student.
And It felt really nice 🙂
I love that I love my job. I love being happy in my job. Because when I am happy, my students are happy, and when my students are happy, my studio is successful.
From reading the emails we get from our subscribers it seems that we have a whole community of teachers who also believe that a successful studio is the product of happy students… who, of course, are the product of a happy teacher.
We regularly get messages from readers who tell us that our resources leave them feeling “more energized” and “infused with enthusiasm”.
Just recently we had a teacher write to say:
“One year ago May I signed up to start my subscription to the Monthly Games and Monthly Music Clubs. It has transformed how I teach and infused more enthusiasm in my role as a piano teacher as well as for several students. I love the creativity and well crafted products you put out.”
If you too are looking to “infuse more enthusiasm” into your studio then click the image below to see a preview of the four games we are sending out this month to our PianoGameClub subscribers… and then if you like what you see visit PianoGameClub here.
