Since then, many teachers have welcomed adult students into their studios. Often, these adults are the parents of current students.
Unlike their children, piano-playing parents don’t generally showcase their skills. Their musical journey is one of personal enjoyment.
But during the Christmas season, it would warm our hearts to know that these parents are breaking out of their comfort zones and spreading a little musical joy… even if it’s only in the privacy of their own homes.
