As mentioned above, we are sharing three tools to help you advertise piano lessons to adult students. Let’s get started:
1. An Email Template
The fastest way to fill your studio is to reach out to your current piano families. To do this, copy the template below and send it out in an email.

With Christmas fast approaching, you may be getting a little panicked about the final few people on your shopping list.
If some of those people happen to be teens or adults, you may be interested to know that I am offering gift certificates for an innovative and new piano program just for adults and older beginners.

2. Piano Lesson Gift Certificates For Christmas
To use our Piano Lesson Gift Certificate, follow these instructions:
- Click on the image below to download the Piano Lesson Gift Certificate Printable.
- When someone inquires about gifting someone piano lessons, print out the certificate and, on the blank line beside the words, “Piano Lesson Gift Certificate”, use a sharpie to write in the number of lessons purchased.
- In your accounting records, write the name of the person who purchased the certificate and the name of the person who is receiving the certificate.
- Leave the “To” and “From” sections blank, as the purchaser may want to complete these sections.
- On the back of the certificate write an expiry date for the certificate.
- Finally (important!), some jurisdictions may require you to write the following on a gift certificate: This gift certificate is not redeemable for cash. Write this on the back if necessary.
3. Advertising Poster For Your Studio
While most marketing has moved online, a poster hanging on your studio wall is still a good way to find new piano students.
